Liberty Return Policy
Liberty is dedicated to providing our customers with complete care and assistance. If we can assist you with your return we will do our best to accommodate you. Please follow the guidelines below when considering a return or exchange:
We recommend that you inspect your shipments promptly upon receipt of order and mark any damages on the carriers receipt. Merchandise may be returned within 30 days of receipt of goods and are subject to the terms and conditions outlined below. Please contact your customer service representative for an RMA number before making any returns.
Sensitized Goods: Due to Paper, Chemistry, Film Etc. being so sensitive to adverse conditions, we are unable to accept returns on sensitized goods and consumables. Liberty reserves the right to accept returns or exchanges of these items, if damaged, at their discretion.
New Equipment: Should you find it necessary to return a piece of equipment, you may return it for credit or exchange within 10 days of receipt. Equipment will be accepted for return only if in the original, undamaged and un-marked packaging with all inserts, instructions and warranties ensuring that it is suitable for resale, and are further subject to return policy of the equipment manufacturer.
Special Order/Custom Items: Special order items such as custom CD’s or envelopes are non refundable.
Damaged Goods: Upon receipt of your shipment, please inspect your packages carefully. All claims for damaged or missing items must be made within two business days of receipt of merchandise in order for a claim to be filed with the carrier. It is very important to mark any discrepancies on the carriers delivery receipt and retain all original packaging until the claim has been approved. In the event that a package or shipment arrives damaged, please notify your customer service representative immediately.
Restocking Policy: Please note that all returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee with the exception of defective products.
Warranty Products distributed by Liberty are warranted by the manufacturer and Liberty is not liable for incidental or consequential damages. Liberty makes no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the goods of another manufacturer.
Returns Prior to returning an item, please write or call Liberty’s customer service department to receive a return authorization number and information regarding Liberty ’s return procedures. All returns are to be received freight prepaid, damage free, in its original packaging and saleable condition. Returns may be subject to a restocking charge.
