Terms and Conditions

Payment Terms:

Credit terms are available subject to credit approval by Liberty’s accounting department.  All invoices are net 30 days from the invoice date.  In the event an invoice is not paid according to the invoice terms, the buyer will be subject to all reasonable costs and expenses, including all attorneys’ fees, incurred by Liberty in the collection of the past due account.  An 18% monthly service charge is payable on all overdue balances that are past 30 days.  We reserve the right to hold any pending orders placed on past due accounts.

Charge Cards:

MasterCard, Visa, Discover, Discover and American Express cards are accepted.

COD:

Upon request, products will be shipped COD via UPS or Federal Express.

Prepayment: Payment may be made in advance of product shipping. Freight charges may be prepaid or COD.

PRICES: Every effort will be made to protect the quoted price; however, prices are subject to change without prior notification.

SALES TAX: California and Florida customers will be charged sales tax unless a signed resale card is on file, at which time, sales tax will be charged on applicable items according to state law. 

RETURNED CHECKS: A $20.00 charge will be applied to all returned checks.

MINIMUM ORDER: $50.00 minimum on all orders.

WARRANTY: Products distributed by Liberty are warranted by the manufacturer and Liberty is not liable for incidental or consequential damages. Liberty makes no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the goods of another manufacturer.

RETURNS: Prior to returning an item, please write or call Liberty’s customer service department to receive a return authorization number and information regarding Liberty’s return procedures.  All returns are to be received freight prepaid, damage free, in its original packaging and saleable condition.  Returns may be subject to a restocking charge.

NOTE: Return Authorization Numbers expire if after 45 days we have not received the items to be returned.

SHIPPING: All items ship FOB Liberty’s warehouse, California, Minnesota, or New Jersey, as determined by Liberty’s management or authorization agent. All hazardous shipments are subject to an additional UPS handling charge. All products are shipped via UPS or Federal Express unless otherwise indicated.
